Bremerton Symphony Chorale

LeeAnne Campos, Chorale Director

LeeAnne Campos began her professional music career at the age of seven in Munich, Germany, playing the role of a Siamese boy in a production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The King and I.

A past regional finalist in the Metropolitan Opera Council Auditions and the San Francisco Merola Opera Program Auditions, her repertoire includes the roles of Despina in Cosi fan tutte, Mimi in La Boheme, and Nedda in I Pagliacci. An apprenticeship with the Chicago Lyric Opera Center for American Artists took her to Chicago in 1983. She was an active participant in the Chicago opera community, performing leading roles with the Chamber Opera of Chicago and Light Opera Works with Philip Kraus. She was a member of both the Chicago Lyric Opera Chorus and the Chicago Symphony Chorus under the direction of Margaret Hillis, and a recipient of the Margaret Hillis Fellowship.

Bremerton WestSound Symphony is a community orchestra that has been playing since 1942.  We value the dedication, the time and effort that it takes to be a member and want you to enjoy your experience in the orchestra. In order to meet our Vision, Mission, and Values, we require auditions to ensure all musicians are a good match.  Please read the rehearsal schedule and download audition materials as needed.  When you are ready, follow the "Schedule Your Audition" link to send an email audition request - please include your name, instrument or vocal part, pertinent experience, and contact information.

We are currently scheduling auditions for all voice parts for the Bremerton Symphony Chorale.

  • Choir members should have music reading skills.

  • Chorale members must commit to the rehearsal and performance schedule. Notification of any absences must be shared with the Director.

The Chorale Director facilitates all vocal auditions.  Voice part and placement are at the discretion of the Director.

NEW COVID Protocols
