Job Title: Office & Patron Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Patron services and development - 70%
○ Manages ticket and subscription sales
■ Sells tickets and subscriptions
■ Records and catalogs all patron and donor information in Arts People
■ Generates and analyzes sales reports through Arts People (CRM)
■ Determines and pursues leads to ID patrons
■ Collaborates with box office at Central Kitsap Performing Arts Center
(CKPAC) to track ticket and subscription sales
○ Collaborates with executive director to expand development strategies
○ Assists with outreach efforts
■ Connects with schools, teachers, businesses, and other community
groups as it pertains to ticket sales
● Communications and Marketing - 20%
○ Provides excellent customer service via phone and email
○ Collaborates with operations and marketing to create and send email blasts,
season brochures and flyers, and other advertising materials
● Provides Event Support - 5%
○ Support the Development Committee donor events throughout the concert
season
○ Serves as front-of-house manager
■ Coordinates volunteers - ensures there are ushers, ticket sales
representatives, and people working check-in
■ Occasionally fills in to assist with stage crew (as-needed basis)
● Oversees daily office operations - 5%
○ Inventory, administrative support
- Front-of-house:
-CKPAC Concerts: Greeting
-Around Town Concerts: running front-of-house
Location & Work Requirements:
In person at office (645 4th St, Suite 206
Bremerton, WA 98337)
20 hours per week, weekend performances as per calendar
$18-$20.5 DOE
