Important Notice Effective Immediately

UPDATED COVID PROTOCOL POLICY — January 27, 2022

This policy is in effect through June 30, 2022.

As of September 2, 2021, Bremerton WestSound Symphony requires either proof of Covid vaccination or proof of negative Covid test (please see guidelines below) for entry to all performances at all venues. Please read the following details carefully, and contact the office at 360-373-1722 or info@bremertonsymphony.org prior to making a reservation or attending a performance for clarification of any of these policy regulations.

 

Staff will check at the doors for required documentation along with matching photo ID (except for attendees who are minors without photo ID, but who can be vouched for by an accompanying adult). Patrons are required to wear masks at all times in the venues, except while actively eating or drinking. Social distancing will be maintained if the specific concert venue requires this. (Children age 2 and under are exempt from all requirements).

The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination (“full vaccination” is defined as 2 weeks after the second dose of either Pfizer or Moderna, or 2 weeks after one dose of Johnson & Johnson; boosters are not required):

  • Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered) OR

  • Photo of a vaccination card as a separate document OR

  • Photo of vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device OR

  • Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider, electronic health record, or state Immunization Information System record (found at myir.net)

 

The following are acceptable as proof of a negative Covid test result (the information provided should include the name of the person tested, type of test performed, and date of negative test result, and can be displayed electronically on a phone or other mobile device):

  • Printed document for a PCR test administered by a test provider or laboratory within 72 hours, or rapid test administered by a test provider within 48 hours of attendance OR

  • Email or text message for a PCR test administered by a test provider or laboratory or rapid test administered by a test provider within 48 hours of attendance OR

  • Digital record displayed through an app or online service for a home test taken within 48 hours of attendance (home tests without a digital record cannot be accepted at this time).
