Comps:
Musicians will be receiving 2 comps to this concert. If you have any issues redeeming your comps online or have questions, please feel free to email me.
Please note: Comps will not be issued the day of the concert as staff will be busy with other responsibilities. It is good practice to attempt redeeming your comps on your own online before the last Thursday rehearsal so that you have enough time to ask me for assistance if needed.

Parking:
On concert day, unless you have mobility challenges or have larger instruments, please park further out so that patrons can park closer to the entrance doors.
Marketing:
If you know of a place in your community to hang a poster or distribute a brochure, please request from the office or pick one up at rehearsal. Any help in advertising is welcomed.

Comp Ticket Redemption:
This season musicians get 2 comps (unless otherwise stated) to each concert if they have guests to bring while supplies last. Please only take comps if you know your guests will be coming to the show. Subsequent tickets after the first 2 comps will be full price.
Musicians are entitled to comps to the 6 mainstage shows and all youth concerts (Jazz, Rising Stars, OrKIDstra).
Please redeem your comp ticket prior to dress rehearsal as comps will not be issued the day of the concert.
To redeem comps online please follow the instructions below.
(If you do not regularly perform with BWS or are new this concert, please email or see me at rehearsals to get your comps)
Online Comp Code: musician2425
Instructions:
- Go to Bremertonwestsoundsymphony.org
- Go to Tickets & Events under Tickets
- Click Purchase for the show you wish to attend
- Click the date under the blue line, select seat location and type if applicable
- Log in
- Input code musician2425 into coupon code box and hit apply (code will only work if you are signed in to the proper account)
- Complete your order
I will be at the last regular rehearsal at Manette before dress rehearsals to aid in last minute comps.
