Timeslots run 2pm - 8pm. Please note any scheduling conflicts for the performer or accompanist or any preferred timeslots.
In the considerations of your accompanist, please check if they are performing with other students so that we might try to schedule their performances closer together.
Specific timeslots cannot be guaranteed but will do the best to make accommodations.

I understand that if student information does not meet the required guidelines, student will be entered into the non-competetive category void of eligibility for prize or placement. DISCLAIMER: Non-competetive category time slots subject to availablility. Students meeting competition guidelines take priority, thus non-competetive category applications may be rejected and refunded if time slots fill.

Media Release and Bio Submission

The following section pertains to the use of photos and videos taken at concerts wherein YAC participants have been asked to perform and student submitted bio and photos for use in concert programs and webpages of aforementioned concerts. Answers submitted will only be relevant in the case of being requested as a performer at the discretion of the BWS Music Director. No photo or video will be taken at the Young Artists Competition itself. All YAC registrants must answer the following section.

By checking the box below, I represent that I am a parent or legal guardian of the youth participant in a Bremerton Symphony Association (BSA) program or I, the participant, am 18 years of age or older. I authorize BSA to take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of rehearsals and performances with the youth participant. I acknowledge these materials may be used on the BSA website, social media accounts, and/or email blasts, printed materials, and other similar public communication methods. The participant’s image may be used in this and future years. No photographs, videos, or recordings will be sold or used for commercial purposes.
